Before Your First Appointment

48 hours prior: You’ll receive a text asking you to confirm or cancel. If you need to cancel, please reply to the text or call (281) 357-0747 as soon as possible.
24 hours prior: You’ll get a text and/or email with a link to check in and complete required forms online. If you can’t complete forms ahead of time, please arrive 15 minutes early to finish them in the clinic.

We do our best to accommodate same-day needs for established TOMAGWA patients. Walk-ins are accepted when possible; however, providers are typically booked, so walk-in patients may experience a wait or be asked to schedule for a later date.
